Is Tacticalista free?

The Starter Plan is free, while the Basic Plan requires a monthly or annual fee. Tacticalista will grow into a better application as you sign up for and support the Basic Plan.

Can I publish images created by Tacticalista on my blog or social networking site?

The rights to the image belong to the user who created it. Feel free to use them as you wish.

Can I use Tacticalista for video distribution or programming?

You can use it. You do not need to obtain permission to use the space.

Not possible with the Starter plan; the Basic plan has the ability to hide the logo.

What kind of devices can I use Tacticalista with?

Tested on the latest version of Google Chrome for desktop, iPadOS 16.0 or later, iOS 16.0 or later, and Android 12 or later.

The screen freezes on my smartphone

Tacticalista handles a lot of images and may run out of memory on your smartphone. Please exit other applications before use. If it still freezes, please change to "low quality mode" in the settings screen and use it.

Can I register with a non-Google account?

Currently only Google accounts are available.

Please reset your password at Google as it will be your Google account password.

Can I change my registered Google account to another Google account?

You cannot change your Google account. If you want to change your Google account, please cancel your membership and re-register with the Google account you want to use.

My Google account has been suspended by Google and I am no longer able to log in.

Can I share my account with others?

Please use one account for one person only. We reserve the right to suspend your account if it is confirmed that the account has been shared or transferred.

What happens to my 3 or more projects if I revert to the Starter plan from the Basic plan?

The Starter plan only allows for the last three projects to be referenced.

Do you accept payment methods other than credit cards?

Payment can be made by credit or debit card. Other payment methods are not supported.

Is there a buy-out plan instead of a monthly payment?

Due to the maintenance costs of storing data in the cloud and the need for sustainability of the service, only monthly/yearly payments are accepted.

I'd like to cancel my membership.

To unsubscribe, please go to the menu "Account", open "User settings", click the "View/Modify your plan" button, and go to the payment information management screen.
